Walk out 1/4 mile into the Bay at low tide on clean, smooth white sand, and "disappear" into the oasis of peacefulness for a few hours – that’s what Beach Point has to offer - like nowhere else in Provincetown!

This bright & airy, charming, 2-person cottage has great windows for plenty of light and salty ocean breezes. The bedroom has a brand new double bed, with nightstand, tall dresser and ample closet space. The living room is furnished with brand new sofa, coffee table and stylized lighting. There is a color cable TV & DVD player, and CD player boom box. The new tile floors and throw rugs add cleanliness and quality to this cute cottage.

The full kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove and oven, full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cookware. Small, propane BBQ grill also included. Reserved, free parking for one car. Due to condo regulations, sorry NO pets. Maid service provided at the end of your stay, so no heavy cleaning to worry about!
