Wine Country Victorian Farmhouse: In the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley Wine Country, my dear friend (Joyce Ortner) has the most charming Victorian Farmhouse...and she would just love to share it with you! Joyce is a world-known artist, as well as a warm hearted person you will absolutely love! For many years she has used her Victorian home to host her students who would attend her paint workshops for private art instruction. Now she is opening up her beautiful home and spacious country acres for overnight guests, retreats, or small weddings. Joyce is the most gracious hostess I have ever met! The Victorian Farmhouse is available to rent exclusively as Joyce has her own home/art studio on property but far enough away for your privacy. In addition to the two bedrooms on the main floor, Joyce is in the process of rennovating the upstairs into a large sleeping loft with several beds. You can see Joyce sitting in the claw-foot tub located off the loft room...patiently waiting for construction to be complete.
