The family room is central to the home and overlooks the kitchen at one end and the bricked paved lanai sun-deck at the other end. The fitted kitchen comes complete with oven, refridgerator, washer, microwave and all cooking utensils and crockery supplied. A washer and dryer means you can travel light.
